This autumn sees the launch of our delicious brand new menu in the Corinthian Brasserie. Our dedicated kitchen team have been busy cooking up a whole host of creations which combine the very best fresh ingredients with imagination and a real eye for detail.
We have melt in the mouth Ayrshire herb crusted pork fillet served with Toulouse sausage, roast Gressingham breast of duck with pressed confit leg and freshly caught Atlantic monkfish wrapped in prosciutto ham.
If you’re looking for something from our grill we have delicious spatchcock chicken and an array of steaks to choose from. We use only the finest Scottish grass fed, hand selected, 28 day dry aged John Gilmour beef.
For those of you who are partial to an end of meal sweet, we have a list of new desserts. From apple tarte tatin with rhubarb and ginger ice cream and brandy soused strawberry crème brulee to chocolate cremeux served with orange gel, coco soil and cherry sorbet.
We will still be serving up our famous afternoon tea featuring a selection of hand cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones and plenty of delicate sweet treats.
