'Touchbet Roulette' is a live game of roulette, played from the comfort of your own terminal.
Cameras are positioned over designated roulette tables within the casino, as well as the dedicated automatic wheel. The action from those tables and the automatic wheel is projected onto a large screen in the terminal.
Sitting at your own terminal, you simply touch your screen in the area of the roulette layout where you'd like to place your bet. When the ball drops into the winning number on the live game,it is detected by an electronic reader on the wheel and the information is transmitted to your terminal's screen.
No, apart from using bank notes or tickets for credits, it is simply a visual and automated link to a live roulette game or automated roulette wheel.
The minimum cost is only 25p per chip (one credit) on the numbers and £1.00 on even chances.
Some tables will have different minimums.
If you win, or want to collect your credits, the terminal will print out a receipt which you take to the cash desk and cash out as you would with chips or you may also use this ticket and play another terminal.
Neighbour bets and other classic section bets are catered for on a second screen feature.
Place ticket or bank notes into the terminal.
Credits (chips) will then automatically be registered and displayed on the screen.
When the 'place your bet' message appears on the screen, simply touch the screen
where you want to place your chips - one touch one chip, two touches two chips etc.
The value of the bets made will be deducted from your credits.
The Dealer on the 'live' table, or the automatic wheel, spins the ball.
When 'no more bets' is highlighted on the screen, the machine will lock out
and it will not be possible to add or remove any chips from that spin.
After the ball lands in the winning number, the winning number is
highlighted on the terminal and all winning bets are credited.
Your winnings are shown in the 'Win Box' on the terminal before being added to your credits.
You can choose to take your credits at any time or you can allow them to build up until you
have finished playing on the terminal.
When you want to take your credits, press the 'cash' button.
A receipt or ticket will be produced for all credits/winnings and this will be exchanged for cash at the cash desk or play in another terminal.
